Aaaand we’re back!

July 20th marked the first gathering of the club’s cars for the better part of two years! It was a beautiful evening, and 25 cars showed up at the Fisherman’s Memorial Hospital in Lunenburg for the entertainment of the patients and carers. Hopefully there will be more such events to come later in the summer – covid permitting, of course.

1957 Morris Minor 1000 – This UK built for export 2 door saloon is powered by the famous 948 CC 4 cylinder OHV 37 hp A series engine. Predecessor to the Morris/Austin Mini, Maggie is finished in Old English white with red interior. This 4 speed was found as a basket case and restored over the past 20 years. Electrical system is compliments of Joseph Lucas “ Prince of Darkness”.
